Esq., and Neville PARKER £3,000 to invest and pay the interest to my son-in-law Frederick DuVERNET and my daughter Eliza, his wife, until their decease, and the principal to be then divided among the child or children, if such there be, of Frederick and Eliza. Cecilia PARKER and Emma, the wife of the Reverend WILKINSON of Ryde in the Isle of Wight, daughters of Mrs. Elizabeth SUTHERLAND, widow of the late Capt. SUTHERLAND of His Majesty's Eleventh Regiment of Foot, in token of my affection, £1,000 Sterling to be divided between them. To Charlotte, wife of Ebenezer WHITNEY of Miramachi in this Province £50. The remainder of estate to my three sons, Robert, Neville, and Addington Davenport PARKER, to be equally divided. Wife Jane, Hon. John ROBINSON Esq., Mayor of Saint John, Ward CHIPMAN Junr. CODICIL, dated 1 April 1822 provides that the sum stipulated for daughter Eliza DuVERNET and her husband be increased to equal the shares of the three sons. Bequeaths his residence to wife Jane for life and increases her annuity to £260. Witnesses: Henry WRIGHT, Charles HAZEN, Jas. C. KELLY. CODICIL, undated, states that I now allow my dear sister Mary, wife of Thomas JONES of Walworth, Surry, England, an annuity of £50 Sterling and stipulates that the annuity shall continue to be paid to her quarterly for life. Witness: John G. CAMPBELL. The statements of account by Robert and Neville PARKER, covering the period to June 1858, run to over forty pages. Initially, the assets amounted to over £40,000.
