Son John PATTERSON the land he now occupies, being lots bounded by land owned by Thomas BOWSER, by Richard S. BOWSER, by Charles DIXON, by John WRY and by Thomas ANDERSON. Son Thomas PATTERSON the land he now occupies, being lots bounded by land owned by Thomas ANDERSON, and by the late William LAWRENCE. Sons John and Thomas 21 acres of marsh land on Coles Island bounded by lands owned by George LAWRENCE on the south and by William CRANE on the east. Daughter Ann WOOD the farm on which she now resides in the Black River Settlement, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia. Daughters Jane RICHARDSON and Sarah HICKS all my personal estate. Daughter Mary PATTERSON £25 a year for life to be paid into the hands of such person or persons as shall be appointed to take care of the said Mary PATTERSON. Sons John and Thomas PATTERSON, both of Coles Island, and Harman TRUEMAN Esq. of Westmorland executors. Witnesses: Edward DIXON, Charles DIXON 3rd, Elizabeth DIXON. Inventory, dated 15 July 1825, valued real and personal estate at £3,016.
