Mentions land on the River Nashwaak in York County to be divided between sons James and Amassa. Son John Lot 16 in Sheffield, Lot 2 on Middle Island. Son James, when he reach age 21, Lot 20 in Sheffield purchased from Ebenezer BRIGGS. Son Amassa £50 at age 21, and after death of my wife, Lot 18 in Sheffield. Daughters Rebeckah, Anna and Lavina each £200 at age 21 or on marriage. Daughter Anna two lots on Sugar Island purchased from Cornelius THOMPSON, remainder of land on Middle Island. Friend and brother-in-law Gershom BUNNEL, Parish of Burton, 20 shillings as token of affection. To the Magistrate of Sunbury County, who shall be an inhabitant of Sheffield, £100 in trust, the interest to be expended yearly in schooling poor children.
