Wife Elizabeth entire estate while widow, and at her death one-half to daughter Miriam PAGAN. Should she die without issue, her share to descend to Jeremiah Pote WYER and Thomas WYER, sons of daughter Joanna WYER. Remaining half of estate to grandsons Jeremiah Pote and Thomas WYER. Son-in-law Robert PAGAN and Maurice SALT, shipwright, guardians of grandsons until age 21. Wife Elizabeth, Robert PAGAN and Maurice SALT executors.
