Son William SPRINGER three cows and the southerly half of Lot 13 on Jemseg Creek adjoining land he now owns. Daughter Charity SPRINGER two cows, her choice of bedrooms in my dwelling and her maintenance while unmarried. To Benjamin TITUS, the boy that I have taken to bring up, a yoke of steers and two heifers provided he remain with my son James until he comes of age.
