Children Bridget, Michael, Mary Ann, Margaret, Sophia, John, Philip and Agnes each an equal proportion of my estate. Daughter Bridget her late mother's clothes and my personal goods. Thomas WOOD and Joshua TINGLEY, farmers, of Botsford, executors. Witnesses: Thomas WOOD, Patrick BLANCH. A petition of William CRANE of Sackville, dated 5 November 1852, stating that one of the named executors, Joshua TINGLEY, renounced execution; that the other executor, Thomas WOOD, died before administration of the estate was completed; that Philip WELSH left no widow, but three sons, Michael, John and Philip, and five daughters, Bridget, Mary Ann, Margaret, Sophia and Agnes; that the children are believed to reside in this Province but actual place of residence unknown; and that petitioner was a creditor of the deceased and prays administration of the estate.
