Brother Jacob WIGGINS of the Grand Lake, Robert SHIVES, merchant, Saint John, and John WATERBURY, merchant, Saint John (although not stated, presumably these three were intended to be executors). Witnesses: Peter LUGRIN, Hannah LUGRIN, James WHITE. Administration granted 25 May 1815 to Stephen WIGGINS, one of the named executors, Jacob WIGGINS, being dead, John WATERBURY having refused to act, and Robert SHIVES being absent in England.
