On 23 November 1813 the kindred and creditors of the deceased were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to William BURTIS and Jehiel PARTELOW Junior of the City of Saint John. Administration granted 1 December 1813 to William BURTIS and Jehiel PARTELOW Junr. during the Minority of the Next of Kin. Inventory, dated 25 January 1814, valued at about £113, included a mahogany cased eight-day clock appraised at £12. File contains a citation from the Probate Court dated 13 August 1831 to William BURTIS and Jehiel PARTELOW to exhibit an accounting of the estate.
