Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. (Appears as "CHRISTIE" in the probate records.) Will dated 15 February 1825, proved 6 July 1825. Wife Magdalene CHRYSTIE one third part of all real and personal estate for life, and after her death to descend to my sons Charles and Thomas CHRYSTIE. Sons Charles and Thomas the other two-thirds of my estate with the exception of one cow and two sheep to daughter Lydia CHRYSTIE. One cow and two sheep to daughter Lucy CHRYSTIE. Daughter Mary Ann BRANNEN 5 shillings. Son George and John CHRYSTIE each 5 shillings. My youngest daughter Sally CHRYSTIE to be brought up by my wife and sons Charles and Thomas. Peter COUGLE executor. Witnesses: Oliver ARNOLD, Jane COUGLE, Catherine COUGLE. Inventory, dated 1 July 1825, valued at £64 by William STOCKTON and Richard GOSLINE.
