Abstract Parish of Fredericton, York County. Will dated 5 January 1820, proved 23 December 1820. Wife Mary my cow and household furniture. Son Lemuel 12 sheep to be delivered by Nathaniel GALLOPP next autumn. The £100 I have in the hands of Jacob RING to be divided among son Nathaniel, £30, son Lemuel, £20, son Benjamin, £20, daughter Hannah, wife of Endicott ESTEY, £30. Wife Mary residue of estate while widow for maintenance of herself and my three children which I have by my said wife Mary, namely Matilda, Fanny and John, residue to be divided among those three children at decease or second marriage of wife. Friend Amasa COY and son Nathaniel CHURCHILL executors. Witnesses: William F. ODELL, Thomas PICKARD, Daniel YERXA, Amasa COY.
