Abstract Parish of Hillsborough, Westmorland County, Gentleman. Will dated 8 April 1809, proved 18 September 1810. Wife Elizabeth all real estate for life in lieu of all dower and my household furniture. Sons Robert, Thomas, William and Ralph and my daughters Elizabeth, Margaret and Jane and my grandchildren John and Margaret, the children of my deceased son John, my personal estate in nine equal shares. Youngest son George the remainder of my real estate and stock after the decease of my wife. Sons Robert and Thomas COLPITTS executors. Witnesses: A. BOTSFORD, John FAWCET, Timothy RICHARDSON.
