In response to petition of John WISHART, nephew and nearest of kin of the deceased in New Brunswick, and William BLACK Esq. stating that Alexander EDMOND died at Edinburgh on 5 April last past, leaving estate in St. John County, temporary administration granted 11 July 1825 to John WISHART and William BLACK Esq. Fellow bondsmen David HATFIELD and James ROBERTSON, merchants, all of the City of Saint John. Will proved at Saint John 28 January 1826 with William BLACK and John WISHART sworn as executors.
