Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County, Preacher of the Gospel. Will dated 16 July 1825, proved 26 September 1825. Sons Gideon, Joseph, Charles, Jarvis and Jesse the lower part of my farm in Waterborough, ten acres of land in Gagetown and five-sixths of the lot on Lake Maquapit in the Parish of Sheffield. Son Jarvis Lot 3 on the little river which discharges its waters into Maquapit Lake. Son Jesse Lot 1 on the little river aforesaid. Son Hezekiah £20. Son David £20. Son John one-sixth of the lot on Lake Maquapit in the Parish of Sheffield and £110. Daughter Hannah BROOKS £15. Daughter Phebe MILLS £10. Son Gideon the southwest room in my dwelling house "and the Chamber over it excepting the Granary which is to be held in Common with his other Brothers." Sons Charles, Jarvis and Jesse the remainder of my dwelling house and son Joseph the privilege of living therein. Son Samuel £25. Son Charles ESTABROOKS sole executor. Witnesses: David BURPE, John ESTABROOK, Charles MILLER.
