Abstract Deer Island, Charlotte County, Esquire. Will dated 20 June 1821, proved 10 December 1822. "Arrived to an advanced age." Youngest daughter Sophia Fielding FARRELL, residing in some part of Great Britain, one-half of real estate and entire personal estate. Son George John Melville Fielding FARRELL and eldest daughter Isabella Maria FITZHERBERT, wife of Perry FITZHERBERT, other half of real estate. Elizabeth ARMIGER a cow, 6 sheep and £12 10s. Lydia CLARK £12 10s. and the place where I now reside, containing about 40 acres of land, with leave to Abigail YOUNG and Eliza ARMIGER to remain in my dwelling. Abigail YOUNG £12 10s. Tibby or Tabitha COURIE a cow and my bed and bedding. Robert PAGAN, Harris HATCH and Thomas WYER Junr. executors. Witnesses: John McNEILL, Robert Samuel MOWAT, Allen McDOUGALL, Alexander McDOUGALL. Inventory, dated 25 March 1823, valued at £1,857 John McNEILL, John CHAFFEY and John FOUNTAIN Junr.
