Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County, Yeoman. Will dated 11 July 1822, proved 27 July 1823. Wife Elisabeth the use of all real and personal estate for life. Sons Peter and Isaac each £150. Three grandchildren Elisabeth Francess GIDNEY £25, Sarah Sophia GIDNEY £25 and Stephen Humbert FOWLER Junr. £25 at age 21. Daughter Hannah all household furniture and two cows. Residue of estate to my four children, Hannah, William, Peter and Isaac. Sons William and Peter FOSHAY executors. Witnesses: Samuel SCOVIL, Elijah SMITH, Elizabeth Frances SMITH. Inventory, dated 4 September 1823, valued at £265 by Samuel SCOVIL and Elijah SMITH.
