Dwelling house at York Point and the farm lot, held in fee simple at an annual rent from James WHITE Esq., with household furniture to wife Anne for life, and at her decease to daughters Ann GAINER and Catharine GAINER. My new shop with the lot on which it stands, bought of James WHITE, and all my tools and stock in trade to son John GAINER. Sons William and Joseph and daughters Anne and Catharine GAINER each £5.
