Having the sum of £130 sterling in the hands of Messrs. [Proctor] & Son, London Agents for George SHAW, [Quarter-Master] of the Regiment, I give £5 to wife Agnes, residue equally to sons John and Andrew each at age 21. Aaron WYLIE of [ ? ], Gallowgate Street, Glasgow, and William HUNTER, [ ? ], Glasgow, executors. Witnesses: Herbert [ ? ] 8th Regt., R. D. TAYLOR, Lieut. 8th Regt., [L.] Garret CLOPPER. Administration granted 20 September 1813 to Capt. William WALSH Esq. of The King's or 8th Regiment in the absence of the named executors.
