Abstract Parish of Kingsclear, York County, Yeoman. Will dated 29 August 1803, proved 18 June 1811. (The name also appears as "GODIN" in the probate records.) Names wife Mary Lucy GODINE and son Germain GODINE. Incorporates an indenture wherein Daniel and Mary Lucy GODINE transfer property, 200 acres in Lower French Village and 10 acres, Lot 19 on Sugar Island to son Germain GODINE and his wife Catharine GODINE in consideration of support for their natural lives. Son Germain GODINE sole executor. Witnesses: John BARBARIE, Daniel ANSLEY, John MARTIN.
