God-son George WHERRY all real estate, being half Lot 2 and one-quarter Lot 3 in the Grant to Nicholas HUMPHRIES and others. In the event of his death, land to Joseph WHERRY Junr. Wife Maria her maintenance. Justus TODD sole executor, unless George WHERRY is age 21, then he to be sole executor, or in the event of his death, Joseph WHERRY Junr., if he is age 21. Witnesses: Allward HARNED, Ezekiel SLOOT, Henry G. CLOPPER.
