Abstract Parish of Shediac, Westmorland County. Intestate. File, dated 1833, contains only an undated petition of William LIGHTFOOT of Shediac stating that John LANG died on 9 October 1833 intestate, leaving a widow, Sarah, and three infant children, the oldest of which does but [now] exceed nine years, that the widow Sarah LANG now resides in Wellington Parish, Kent County and prays she be cited to take out administration of the estate, or in default, grant administration to petitioner as a creditor of the estate.
