Daughter Sarah "and her ayrs" one-half of the house and Lot 119 in Germain Street, bounded by land belonging to Lauchlan DONALDSON and land formerly belonging to David BLAIR. Wife Mary LOVETT Lot 11 in Prince William Street, bounded by land belonging to Capt. Charles THOMAS [Decest] (deceased?) and land belonging to William DONALD, during her life while my widow. At her death or marriage, lot to youngest son George L. LOVETT. All personal estate and household furniture to wife Mary. Wife Mary LOVETT sole executrix.
