Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County, Yeoman. Will dated 16 March 1824, proved 8 July 1824. Son Jeremiah MABEE the farm he now lives on and part of Lot 13. Second son William MABEE the land on which he now resides adjoining the land given Jeremiah MABEE and the rest of Lot 13. Sons Jeremiah MABEE and William MABEE Lot 1210 in Brittain Street in the City of Saint John to be divided between them. Daughter Catherine, wife of Jeremiah DRAKE of Saint John, £30 to be paid by William MABEE. Judith DRAKE, daughter of Catherine and Jeremiah, my bed and bedding. Jeremiah MABEE, William MABEE and Jeremiah DRAKE executors. Witnesses: Sylvester Z. EARLE, Amos [M.] PERKINS, Thomas RODGERS.
