Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County. Intestate. On 7 July 1829 the kindred and creditors of the deceased were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to John C. VAIL Esq., a principal creditor. Administration granted 3 March 1830 to John C. VAIL. Fellow bondsmen Oliver BYRAM and George BAXTER, all of Kings County. Inventory, dated 2 January 1830, listed only 200 acres of land valued at £45 by Simon WILLCOCK, Peter PARLEE Junr. and George N. ARNOLD.
