On 7 March 1827 the kindred and creditors of the deceased were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to James CUDLIP Esq. of Saint John. Administration granted 21 August 1827 to James CUDLIP. Inventory by William McDONALD and Henry JENKINS, filed 8 September 1827, listed only Lot 24, 200 acres valued at £125, on the northwest side of Bellisle in the Parish of Springfield.
