Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Merchant. Will dated 6 June 1834, proved 16 June 1834. Entire estate to wife Margaret McGLINCHY. Brother John McGLINCHY my wearing apparel, watch and walking cane. Friend James GALLAGHER Senr., merchant, of Portland, and James BOYLE, merchant, executors. Witnesses: James DUNPHY, Patrick HAND, John HOPLEY. On 17 June 1834 both executors renounced. Administration granted on 18 June 1834 to John VALLELY at the widow's request, during her minority, she being 19 years of age. Fellow bondsman Henry CHUBB. James GILDAY also signed the document, although not named as a bondsman.
