Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Master Shipwright. Intestate. Administration granted 8 July 1828 to John WISHART, merchant, a creditor. Fellow bondsmen Philip KEHOE, writer, and Samuel STEPHENS, merchant, all of the City of Saint John. Petition of John WISHART praying administration of the estate stated that the deceased was knocked overboard by the sheet of the sail from a vessel entering the harbour of Saint John and drowned on the night of 24 December 1827; that deceased left no relative in this Province. Inventory, dated 11 July 1828, valued at £109 by Samuel STEPHEN, James A. HARDEN and Ezekiel JORDAN.
