"With respect to the Dower right of my beloved Wife Frances MUNROE to my said Estate she being very considerate has given up all claim to her Thirds of said property with a view to have my Children well taken care of and brought up in a Christian way also with a view to have them suitably Educated." Real estate to be sold and proceeds divided among my four children. My half-brother Farquhar McKINZIE executor and guardian of my three children, Duncan, Samuel and Farquhar, and "a fourth my Dear wife is now Pregnant with." Witnesses: Robert WILCOX Junr., Henry STOCKTON, Henry LEONARD Esq. Undated inventory valued at £202 by [Eliakam] [PARLEE], John BLAIR, John MANNING.
