Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Yeoman. Will dated 20 June 1820, proved 22 March 1821. Having no natural heir and having experienced for a long time the attention and kindness toward me of Eunice LORD, the daughter of my wife lately deceased, the wife of Henry LORD of the Parish of Lancaster, and of William BRUNDAGE of the City of Saint John, blacksmith, the grandson of my wife, bequeaths entire estate to Eunice LORD and William BRUNDAGE, provided they take sufficient care of me in my advanced age. Eunice LORD and William BRUNDAGE executors. Witnesses: William SIMPSON, William HADDON, John HARINGTON.
