Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County, Yeoman. Will dated 11 December 1816, proved 7 January 1817. Son Cornelius NICE use of all real estate for life, he to maintain my wife Ann NICE during her lifetime. At his death, the property to devolve to his eldest male heir and to his eldest male heir in succession. In default of such male heir of Cornelius NICE, the property then bequeathed to the eldest male heir of my son Henry NICE, and to his eldest male heir in succession. Personal property to the maintenance of wife Ann. Executors to sell property at the head of Bellisle Bay in the Parish of Springfield. Son Cornelius NICE and son-in-law William DICKIE executors. Witnesses: William PETERS, Philip SCRIBNER, Ninyon CHALONER. Inventory, filed 7 January 1817, valued at £703 by William PETERS and Bradbury MILLS included "1 Testament 2 Books in the german language" valued at one pound.
