At her death, the farm to go to my son James PEARCE, the stock to be entirely at the disposal of my wife. Son William PEARCE 100 acres of land adjoining William WALKER. Son John PEARCE 100 acres adjoining William's land. Son Thomas 100 acres adjoining John's land. Remaining 200 acres of the rear land to be divided among my daughters Sarah, Peggy, Mary, Susan, Ann PEARCE. Hector DICKEY Junr. (signed as "Hector DICKIE Junr.") and John DICKEY executors. Witnesses: Sylvester EARLE, David SHERWOOD, John C. HAYES. Inventory, dated 29 November 1820, valued at £123 by William WALKER and William GUIOU.
