Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Cooper. Died 13 July 1828 intestate. Administration granted 18 July 1828 to Eliza DUFF. Fellow bondsmen Richard DUFF, her husband, and Thomas CALVERT, all of the City of Saint John. Petition of Eliza DUFF stated that she was the only sister of the deceased; his only brother having been absent for twenty years or thereabouts and supposed to be now dead; that his father and mother died before him.
