Abstract Parish of Burton, Sunbury County. Will dated 4 October 1824, proved 5 May 1827. Wife Sarah Lot (number left blank) in Burton granted to me by Government and all personal estate for life. Two sons Robert and William SHANKS two-thirds of the Lot on wife's death. Son Samuel SHANKS one-third of the Lot. Two daughters Sally Sarah SHANKS and Jean SHANKS each £15. Wife Sarah SHANKS and Gabriel DeVEBER executors. Witnesses: John D'VEBER, Mary DeVEBER, Gabriel DeVEBER.
