Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Gentleman. Intestate. Administration granted 20 July 1828 to the eldest son Stephen SINNOTT, merchant. Fellow bondsmen L. H. DeVEBER, merchant, and Philip KEHOE, writer, all of the City of Saint John. Petition of Stephen SINNOTT stated that deceased left no widow and that petitioner was eldest of the three sons. Administration de bonis non granted 25 May 1837 to Samuel HALLETT and Leveret H. DeVEBER, merchants. Fellow bondsmen Gilbert RAY and William D. W. HUBBARD, all of the City of Saint John.
