Abstract Parish of Douglas, York County. Will dated 15 August 1825, proved 14 December 1832. Wife Elizabeth one-third of real estate, and at her death the real estate to only son Jonathan. Wife household furniture and £50, to be divided at her death "equally to my Daughters that is then living." Son Jonathan two-thirds of my real estate. Wife Elizabeth, son Jonathan and Matthew STEELE executors. Witnesses: David WEEKS, John EVANS, Patrick MORRIS.
