Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Gentleman. Will dated 5 March 1823, proved 4 April 1823. Wife Mary the income from all real estate for life. At her death, to my three sons, Benjamin Forrester, James Gould and Isaac Perry my two lots of land and the buildings in Dock Street to be divided among them. Son George Forrester my homestead lot in Union Street where I now reside. To my daughter Sally Forrester WHITNEY and my daughter Mary Ann GAYNOR my Lot 1311, being the corner lot of Main and Carmarthan Street in Saint John. Wife Mary, sons Benjamin Forrester, George Forrester, James Gould and Isaac Perry executors. Witnesses: George P. FORRESTER, Joseph E. MORSE, John L. FORRESTER.
