Son Amos WAY Lot 6 in the Grant to Tristram HILLMAN and Others, 200 acres, in Parish of Woodstock, adjoining land owned by George FOX. Son John WAY Lot 7 containing 125 acres and 125 acres off Lot 8. Daughter Charlotte Fox WAY remainder of Lot 8, 75 acres, adjoining land owned by Tristram HILLMAN. Oldest daughter Mary DOW 140 acres of land in Northampton on the lower side of Lot 57 in the Grant to Richard ARMSTRONG and Others and adjoining land owned by Abraham CRONKHITE. Daughter Sarah Ford WAY remainder of Lot 57, about 20 acres, adjoining Christian FERO. Sons Amos and John WAY executors. Witnesses: George FOX, John DUNLAP, Thomas SHAW.
