Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County. Will dated 28 February 1822, proved 3 July 1822 (file indicates will proved 28 March 1822). All real and personal estate to wife Elizabeth until my youngest child is of age. If she is still my widow, the property to remain in her possession for her support and maintenance of my children Sarah, John, Henry and "the one my Dear Wife is now teeming." At wife's decease the remaining two thirds of my estate to be divided among my children. Wife Elizabeth and brother Simon WILLCOCK executors. Witnesses: Cornelius PARLEE, Alexander WHITE, Henry LEONARD. Inventory, dated [2] March 1822, by Allen SHUTE and James SPROULE.
