Abstract Parish of Douglas, York County, Farmer. Will dated 11 March 1828, proved 2 July 1828. Sons Abraham, Daniel, John and Isaac the farm I now live on, except one acre to daughter Rachel. Son James Lot 4 on which he now lives. Movable estate to daughters "Elizabeth Mary Hannah Catharine Sarah Rachel Fanny Ann Martha." Daughter Fanny to have the privilege of residing in my house "as long as she keeps hur Self Clear of MILLET." Sons Abraham, John and Daniel executors. Witnesses: Roger BOONE, Stephen CAMERON, Benjamin STICKNEY. Daniel YERXA of Fredericton declined to act as an executor. Estate appraised at £319 by Thomas WHITE, Jacob WHITE and Michael HAWKINS Senr.
