Résumé Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 14 November 1835, proved 21 April 1871. File dated 1835. Sons Thomas and John the farm I now occupy, they to give their sister Eleanor one cow worth five pounds and £10 besides when she comes of age and provide their mother a home while she remains a widow. Son Stephen two acres of land. Rev. H. N. ARNOLD and George ARNOLD executors. Witnesses: Robert DOYAL, Francis PORTER, Nicholas ROCHE. Petition of Cynthia M. FRAZEE, wife of William H. FRAZEE of Sussex, dated 21 April 1871, stated that Thomas BARDON died on or about 20 November 1835 leaving three sons, Thomas BARDON, John BARDON and Stephen BARDON, and six daughters, three of whom have since died; that the appointed executors are both deceased; that petitioner is daughter of the deceased and prays that the will be proved and administration granted to her. Will proved 21 April 1871 on the testimony of Robert DOYAL and administration granted to Cynthia M. FRAZEE, fellow bondsmen William H. FRAZEE and James B. LYON.
