Entire estate, excepting the moiety or one half part of the schooner "Elizabeth" whereof I am the owner, to son George, he paying all debts against the said schooner, to wife Rhoda for life. At her death, residue of estate to executors in trust for my children, Elizabeth [Creasey], [Jacob] Christopher and Tobias, to be equally divided among them when they severally attain the age of 21 years.
