Résumé Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 18 January 1812, proved 8 July 1812. Wife Gerusha(sic) one third of real and personal estate as the Law Directs during her life and to afterward revert to youngest son Charles. As I have made my daughter Mary, wife of Thomas BLACK, equal to the rest of my children in my life time, I bequeath her the sum of 5 shillings. As I have already provided for sons Samuel and William, to each 5 shillings. Daughter Miriam, wife of Matthew FENWICK, 5 shillings and the further sum of £50 within two years of my decease. Have given son John FREEZE my right to Lot 35, I give to him 5 shillings. After the death of my wife, son John to have all the intervale of Lot 36 and three-quarters of the upland. Residue of estate to youngest son Charles FREEZE, he paying the above bequests. Son William FREEZE and George PITFIELD Esq. executors. Witnesses: William McLEOD, William McCREADY, Elizabeth MARR. Inventory, dated 18 July 1812, valued at £645 by George [MORTON] and William McLEOD.
