Parish of Norton, Kings County. Will dated 12 August 1811, proved 8 July 1812. Wife Catharine FRITCH entire estate for life she making no waste or destruction thereupon. At her death the real estate and a yoke of oxen to son George FRITCH and his heirs lawfully begotten. Son Andrew FRITCH 5 shillings. After wife's death, all remaining cash, notes and book debts remaining to son George FRITCH to distribute equally among my four daughters to be given them when they are in need but to be paid them in Portions at his discretion as he sees most fit and proper. Wife Catharine and son George FRITCH executors. Witnesses: Willis Frederick KNOX J.P., Ephraim DeFOREST, Samuel DeFOREST Senior. Inventory, dated 16 October 1812, valued at £113 by Caleb WETMORE and Stent RAYMOND.
