Petition of George WOODS stated deceased left a wife and two children in the City of New York, the eldest child being about seven years of age; that the brother of the deceased, residing at Saint John, has declined to act, and the creditors of the estate have declined to take out administration; that petitioner is a first cousin of the deceased and has been his agent at Fredericton.
