Wife Mary £15 annually and a room in my house in lieu of her "thirds" or comfortable support and a woman to wait on her. Sons William and John entire estate, they paying the other legacies. Two years after my decease, to daughter Ann PECK £20, son Thomas HORSMAN £25 and son Christopher HORSMAN £20. Two years after that, to son Timothy HORSMAN £25, daughter Sarah HORSMAN £20, son Benjamin HORSMAN £35 and daughter Mary HORSMAN £20. Son John HORSMAN to obtain either by purchase or grant from Government, at his own expense, a lot of land equal in value to one owned by William HORSMAN at the North Mountain and give the said lot to my son Benjamin HORSMAN. Two years after the decease of my wife, executors to pay to my children Ann PECK, Thomas HORSMAN and Christopher HORSMAN £20 each. Two years after that time, pay to children Timothy HORSMAN, Sarah HORSMAN, Benjamin HORSMAN and Mary HORSMAN £20 each. If Enoch Horsman DANIELS stays and works with my executors until he is age 21, executors to pay him £20 and two suits of wearing apparel. Sons William HORSMAN and John HORSMAN executors.
