To oldest son Jacob LOVETT house and Lot 17 in Prince William Street, bounded by land owned by James GRIGER and land formerly belonging to David BLAIR, he paying my widow Mary LOVETT £10 annually during her life. Daughter Sarah "and her ayrs" one-half of the house and Lot 119 in Germain Street, bounded by land belonging to Lauchlan DONALDSON and land formerly belonging to David BLAIR. Wife Mary LOVETT Lot 11 in Prince William Street, bounded by land belonging to Capt. Charles THOMAS [Decest] (deceased?) and land belonging to William DONALD, during her life while my widow. At her death or marriage, lot to youngest son George L. LOVETT. All personal estate and household furniture to wife Mary. Wife Mary LOVETT sole executrix. Witnesses: James REED, Ezekiel DYER, Daniel PETTINGELL. CODICIL dated 10 September 1829 bequeaths entire estate to wife Mary for life; property formerly bequeathed to son Jacob now to go to son George Leonard LOVETT at his mother's death. Appoints wife Mary LOVETT and son George Leonard LOVETT executors. Witnesses: Thomas PETTINGELL Junr., William McCREADY, James PETTINGELL.
