Fellow bondsmen Thomas JOYCE and John PHELEN, all of Westmorland County. Thomas JOICE, Joseph [BOURK] and Joshua TINGLEY directed to appraise the estate. Petition of Patrick MAHAN dated 19 December 1861 stated his father, the late Patrick MAHAN, died leaving a widow and two sons, the petitioner, and Thomas who is now residing at Shediac, that the widow married [William] [HORNCASTLE] and lives at [Botsford] and prays the accounts be examined and passed.
