Wife Abigail one bay mare, her saddle, bridle and whip; two cows; closet furniture, chest of drawers, round table, one bed and bedding with the bedstead and curtains; the weavers loom and tackle; the spinning wheels, and an annuity of £10, all to be at her disposal. Wife Abigail use of the parlour and bedroom with the privilege of the cellar and chambers in my dwelling at Jolicaur while my widow. Wife an annuity of £12 for life to be paid by my son George OULTON. Wife Abigail the old homestead of her late Father, being one half of Lot 21, all of Lot 22 and one half of Lot 23, all in Letter C division in Jolicaur for her life. Son William Martin OULTON one half of Lot 21, all of Lot 22 and one half of Lot 23 in letter C division in Jolicoeur. Son Thomas OULTON one half of woodlot 22 and one half of woodlot 23 and one half of the wilderness lots of said numbers and one four acre marsh lot on the great marsh in Sackville, adjoining the marsh he now owns, purchased from Ralph SIDDALL Esq. Son Charles OULTON £5. Daughters Charity WILLIAMS, Abigail TINGLEY, Mary SIDDALL, Elizabeth BULMER, Jane SMITH and Patience SMITH the sum of £500 to be divided among them. Daughter Charity WILLIAMS the further sum of £10 to be paid by my son George OULTON. If daughter Sarah FIELDS should survive her present husband, Anthony FIELDS, my son George to pay her an annuity of £5 while she remains a widow, but not exceeding five years. Son George OULTON my homestead farm, consisting of Lots 16, 17 and 18; the south half of wilderness Lot 22, one 100 acre lot, Lot 21, in Letter B division on the north side of Bay Verte Road, and at my wife's death, the old homestead of his late grandfather.
