Son Nathaniel TAPLEY and Richard KIMBALL executors. Witnesses: John HAZEN, John DOW, Charles BOWYER. CODICIL dated 4 December 1823 Charles HAZEN of Burton should replace Nathaniel TAPLEY, who has left the Province, as one of the executors. Codicil not signed or witnessed. Administration granted to Nathaniel TAPLEY and Richard KIMBALL, the named executor, Charles HAZEN, having declined.
