Wife Elizabeth all real and personal estate for life or while my widow. Sons James and Jacob and daughter Elizabeth each one third of real and personal estate at my wife's decease. Daughter Elizabeth all household furniture after my wife's death. Son James TILLEY sole executor. Witnesses: William HUBBARD, B. W. HUBBARD, M. J. G. HUBBARD. CODICIL dated 17 March 1814 Now of Queens County. Daughter Elizabeth two acres of land in Gagetown after my wife's decease, subject however nevertheless to the payment of one hundred pounds to my grandson Samuel Tilley GORE the Son of Jeremiah GORE at age 21. Grandson Samuel TILLEY, son of James TILLEY Lot 16 in Gagetown originally granted to Daniel BABBIT Junr. Grand-children Sarah Ann and Mary Ann, children of my son Jacob TILLEY, Lots 1 and 2 in Gagetown. Grandson Thomas M. TILLEY, son of James TILLEY, £30 at age 21. Wife Elizabeth TILLEY and son James TILLEY executors. Witnesses: Silvester HEWES, Daniel BABBIT, James PETERS. Inventory, dated 4 April 1814, valued at £1,662 by George KNOX and Daniel BABBIT, included Lot 30 in Sheffield, Sunbury County, appraised at £1,150.
