Monday afternoon at Stewart's Cut, Dedham on the Short Line Railway, Thomas HOGAN was buries alive by a falling mass of earth. It was several hours before his body could be dug out by his comrads. The body was placed in a metal casket by Undertaker Hunt and forwarded to Fredericton (York Co.) N.B. The deceased was 22 years old and belonged to Lot 29, Queens Co., P.E.I.
